I have been a supporter of Women in Film for quite some time. They do great work supporting “the creation of high-quality film, TV & media that reflects the world and its people through Fellowships and Emerging Careers programs.” https://womeninfilm.org/. What organizations are you a member of? What have you seen be most effective when trying to make change in the film industry?

My college (Ohio University) has an alumni organization specifically for people who have moved to LA! We have a couple of annual meetings per year, including one where we welcome out all the new grads! It’s been pretty great in making connections for work and just life in general!
